Privacy Policy

Information you provide
We collect the information you submit through our contact and project forms: your name, business name, email, optional phone number and website, service interests, project details, timing, budget and contact preferences. We also record your consent choices, the wording version shown, the submission time and a request reference. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in these forms.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond to you, understand your project, prepare proposals, coordinate requested consultations and maintain an appropriate business record. If you separately choose marketing texts, your selection can be used for that messaging program once activated. We do not treat a form submission or a supplied phone number alone as SMS marketing consent.
Text messaging and your choices
Service-related texts and promotional texts are separate choices. Both are optional and unchecked by default. Service messages may concern your inquiry, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders and project updates. Marketing messages may concern special offers, promotions and new services. You may submit either form without selecting either SMS option. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of an active text program or HELP for assistance. You can also contact projects@artificialmarketing.com.
Mobile information and service providers
Mobile contact information and SMS consent are not provided to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Providers helping us deliver requested support or communications may process only the information needed for that service under appropriate restrictions. SMS opt-in records are used to administer and document your choices, not to build another company’s marketing audience.
Current website technology
This WordPress website stores inquiry and consent records in its website database for authorized staff. When configured, our form connection forwards the submitted information to HighLevel for contact management and the follow-up described by your choices. Our hosting and email-delivery providers also support the website and internal notifications. Demonstrations use fictional information and do not create real messages or appointments.
Technical information, cookies and external services
Our host may process connection and access-log information to deliver and secure the website. Forms may retain campaign parameters and the landing-page path in session storage to associate an inquiry with its source. Fonts load from Google’s font services. This theme does not install advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics. External portfolio and map links have their own privacy practices. We will update this notice and applicable choices before adding other tracking tools.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry and consent information for legitimate business, operational and recordkeeping needs, then delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable obligations. Access is restricted to authorized users and service providers. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not include confidential credentials in a website message.
Access, corrections and requests
Contact us to ask about your information, correct inaccurate details, withdraw an optional communication choice or request deletion. We may need to verify the request and may retain limited information where required for legal obligations or to honor a communication suppression request. Any rights provided by applicable law remain available.
Children and policy changes
Our services and inquiry forms are intended for business users, not children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can review and address it. We may update this policy when our practices change and will show the revision date on this page.
