Terms of Service
Updated October 3, 2026
Using this website
This website introduces Artificial Marketing’s services and provides ways to contact our team. Use it lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt the service, access another person’s information or submit abusive or misleading material. Information on the site is general and may change as services develop.
Project inquiries and service agreements
Submitting a contact form or project brief requests a conversation; it does not purchase services, create a paid engagement or guarantee acceptance of a project. Scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, ownership, licensing, timing and any cancellation provisions are established in a separate written service agreement. That agreement governs the work it covers.
Content, examples and third parties
Website content and brand assets may be owned by Artificial Marketing or used with permission from their owners. Do not reuse them without the appropriate rights. Client names, work previews and quotations relate to their stated context. Illustrative workflows, AI conversations and interface demonstrations are examples rather than evidence of a live integration or guaranteed results. Third-party platforms have their own terms, availability and account requirements.
Results and availability
Marketing, search visibility, conversion rates and AI recommendations depend on many factors. We do not guarantee a particular ranking, placement, lead volume or financial result. We work to maintain a useful website, but uninterrupted availability and error-free content cannot be guaranteed. Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
Artificial Marketing SMS program
When activated, our optional text programs may send service-related messages about inquiries, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders and project updates, or separately authorized marketing messages about offers, promotions and new services. The two consent choices are independent. You can choose either, both or neither. A phone number alone does not enroll you, and consent is not a condition of buying services. Text messages are sent only through the configured program and remain subject to your permissions and opt-out choices.
SMS frequency, rates and eligibility
Message frequency varies with your requests, appointments, project activity and selected program. Your carrier’s message and data charges may apply to messages you send and receive. Provide a number you are authorized to use and tell us if it changes. Delivery depends on supported networks and service availability; carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stopping messages and getting help
For an active messaging program, reply STOP to the number sending the messages to unsubscribe. A final opt-out confirmation may be sent, after which program texts stop. Reply HELP for support or email projects@artificialmarketing.com. You may also call (360) 524-7441. To rejoin, complete a new affirmative opt-in for the relevant program. An opt-out should not be overridden by importing a contact or submitting an unrelated inquiry.
Privacy and updates
See our Privacy Policy for how inquiry information and messaging choices are handled. We may revise these website terms and will identify the revision date here. Changes do not replace a separately signed agreement or remove rights provided by applicable law.
